    体能训练

         最近两天我的security program都在对我们进行体能训练。当然,我的手和脚都酸痛无比啦。不过比起上理论课,体能课的时间要好混的多。昨天我们学会了如何从敌人的魔掌中逃脱(如果别人用单手或者双手紧紧的抓住你,或者用手掐你的脖子)。今天学到了如果别人压在你身上如何逃脱(尤其适用于女性正在被强暴时),还有如何逃离对方的窒息式攻击。
         我们的老师的确是个很强悍的男人,因该说知道原理的人都很强悍,即便很瘦小,也能搞定比自己大很多,强壮很多的人。因为老师说,你的肌肉可以锻炼的很强健,但骨骼和关节是不随锻炼而增强的。也就是说,那些大块头,只要你知道他们的致命点,一样可以搞定。感觉很像中国的古装片中,那些点穴高手,一击毙命。他让我们亲自感受了那些窒息的穴位,那些穴位真的不是闹着玩的,只要再持续几秒,我们一定就一命呜呼了。
          他教授的每个技巧都很有效的。可惜我知道,如果不经常用的话,肯定会忘记的。再说不常用的话,别人出招的时候我们也不会立刻反映过来用哪一招反击。不过总的来说,还是蛮开心的,因为知道了很多很cool的动作。原来电影里那些格斗技术都是存在的,且都会一击致命的哦。
